Conditioning

This club is designed to compliment all of the A.F.C. classes into one.   This class has Conditioning Drills and I have included a mixture of:

            Kickboxing
            Boxing
            Grappling
            Ply metrics
            Holistic stretching
            Bodyweight Exercises
            Apparatus Work

 

I have designed this class so you will get a vigorous work out every time, if it’s good conditioning you want this is the class for you.
           

Dress Code:-               T-Shirt/Vest
                                   Shorts
                                   Track suit bottoms
                                   Trainers
                                   Boxing Gloves (opt)
